Dallas-area pastor Ryan Binkley is officially on the ballot for the 2024 Republican presidential primary election.
According to the Republican Party of Texas, Binkley filed his application for the ballot on Monday, becoming the second presidential hopeful to file for the race. Binkley is a Dallas businessman and pastor who is running a presidential campaign centered around unifying Americans on issues such as improving the economy and securing the border.
Binkley joins former President Donald Trump on the Texas primary ballot. On the Democratic side, Michigan Congressman Dean Phillips has filed for the Texas ballot.
Primary election filing will continue through Monday, December 11. The Republican primary is scheduled for Tuesday, March 5, 2024.
